In january 2009, Australian actess Naomi Watts posed as Marilyn in magazine Madame Figaro for photographer Ali Mahdavi in a dress by Thierry Mugler, obviously inspired by Seven Years Itch Marilyn's dress !
Later on the red carpet the actress posed again with the dress.
In another session entitled A Gilty Pleasure, Naomi Watts portrayed Marilyn again, under the eye of famous fashion photographer Ellen von Unwerth for the magazine Interview Magazine.
